VP Logistics

Description

VP Logistics are in charge of all of the event organization throughout the week of MMICC. From coming up with event ideas, to finding venues, booking caterers and transportation, and ensuring that all logistical details are handled, VP Logistics overview and manage all MMICC related events while focusing on budgetary restrictions.

Skills required include event planning and coordination, budgeting, excellent organizational and communications skills; ability to complete projects within established timeframes, as well as follow-up on invoicing.

VP Internal

Positions available: 1

Description

VP Internal is in charge of recruiting, training, and managing ambassadors as well as communicating with the advisors of the visiting international universities. This position will also involve leading the organization of MMICC’s annual apartment crawl with the help of other portfolios.

Skills required include recruitment and interpersonal skills; team leadership and the ability to share the MMICC vision and culture to the ambassadors who will represent MMICC to the international teams.

VP Media & Communications

Despcription

VP Media & Communications are in charge of marketing the MMICC brand, managing all communications on our website and social media pages, producing visual content such as executive photos and promotional videos for social media, website, and various packages, and reporting/publishing any updates and stories during the year and during the week of MMICC.

Skills required include an ability to clearly communicate the brand on social media and other communication outlets through video filming and editing, photography and content creation.

VP Academic

Positions available: 2

Description

VP Academics are in charge of all academic-based relationships. Their main responsibility is organizing MMICC LOCAL, a local case competition for students in the Montreal area. This includes attracting student teams across Montreal, finding a case company/organization, hosting an information session, and preliminary judgment of submitted presentations.

Skills required include strong oral and written communication, professionalism, excellent organizational skills, as well as showing innovation and passion towards case culture.

VP Design

Positions available: 1

Description

VP Design is in charge of creating, updating, and handling all brand and communications material for MMICC 2018, including sponsorship, advisors and participant packages as well as promotional material for social media and other outlets in order to ensure professionalism and uniform branding across all communication channels.

Skills required include a strong background in graphic design, ability to work independently and meet deadlines, and familiarity with one or more of the following: WordPress, Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro or other photo/video software.
Note: a successful candidate does not have to have all the technical skills nor has to be studying marketing.
